What if i need to cancel my clean?

We kindly ask that we are given atleast 48 hours notice to potentially fill this cleaning slot with another client. If less than 48 hours notice is given, there will be a 50% charge of the total service cost. If cancelled on the day or less than 24 hours notice you will be charged in full. 

How often can i have a clean?

We off weekly visits, bi weekly and ad hoc visits. Our weekly slots are set days/times, as are our bi weekly slots so you know exactly when we will be coming. Ad hoc clients we will strive to get you in around our busy schedules as soon as we are capable of or we will get in contact with you if a slot becomes available. 

What happens if i forget when my clean is?

We pride ourselves on our communication skills and reminders will be sent to you directly a day or two before your scheduled visit to ensure you wont forget when you have a clean booked in. 

Do you provide your own products and equipment or will you use mine?

We will provide high quality products to provide an excellent service everytime. If you have specific requests in regards to products and or Eco friendly wishes we will honour these as best as we can but in these cases your own products may need to be supplied to fulfill these wishes. We do require the use of your hoover, mop and cloths to eliminate all risk of cross contamination. 

Do you all have insurance?

Our team are fully insured to clean in your beautiful homes. All team members are trained meticulously by the Owner Fyona and are shown the standard that we provide throughout the entire team. 

Will i have the same cleaner everytime?

You will be allocated a cleaner that is within your location range, the timing needed to fit into their schedule and whos personality will work best with yours. A lot of thought and care is always gone into getting you the best cleaner for you, however we are 100% confident that if in the event of a cover clean, you will provided with an outstanding clean regardless. 

Do you need to see my house first before we use you for your services?

We will ask all of the appropriate questions to find out what it is youre looking for, what your budget is each month and what your main priorities and outcomes are with using us as your Cleaning provider. So an in person consultation isnt always needed but it is recommended.

Ive never had a cleaner before and i feel embarrassed, will you help me?

Of course, no hesitation. Never be embarrassed. Life can get in the way, with busy families, working schedules and stressful complications, we are simply there to ease your mental and physical load, reduce your stress levels and provide the best service to make your life flow easier. Intially your home will require a deep clean, when your home is all up to a maintainable standard, we will maintain it for you from there. No job is too big for us.
